X Gasteraloe Midnight an intergeneric hybrid created by the crossing of an Aloe with a Gasteria created by Kelly Griffin of Rancho Soledad Nursery.
A rosette forming succulent to 8 to 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide with rough textured dark green leaves with reddish highlights ( maroon colored leaves if grown in full sun) and orange to light pink flowers. Grow in full sun in warm coastal regions ( Zone 10) to light shade in well-drained soil and irrigate occasionally. Gasteraloe Midnight should be treated as an indoor plant or as an annual in cool areas .
Hardy plant , slow growing but long lived, make excellent houseplants requiring very little water or care.
We are offering a well-established plant 3 to 4 inches tall by about 3 inches wide.
