French Hybrid Clivia

French Hybrid Clivia also known as Clivia miniata Hybrid is native to South Africa. This striking member of the Amaryllis family with brilliant cluster of  red orange flowers rising from dense clumps of dark green, strap shaped 1 1/2 feet long leaves.  Flowers appear December through April with most of the bloom in March-April in mild frost areas. Bright ornamental red berries follow flowers. They are 3 to 5 years old and very established and are of flowering size.
