Pittosporum undulatum also known as Victorian Box and Mock Orange.
Native to Australia this evergreen , small round headed tree or shrub to 25 feet or more , grows moderately fast to 15 feet then slow to maturity. Hardy to 25 degrees F.
The rich luxuriant , dark green , glossy six inch leaves with a wavy edge of the Pittosporum undulatum imparts a tropical effect. Almost as a bonus it produces very fragrant , creamy white flowers in the spring, followed by yellowish orange fruit. Makes and excellent 4 to 8 feet hedge and can withstand considerable drought once established.
