Agave attenuata Kara’s Stripe

Agave attenuata Kara’s Stripe also known as Variegated Foxtail Agave Kara’s Stripe a  beautiful new Agave that has only been made widely availble recently (summer 2007).

The Agave attenuata Kara’s Stripe is a  large succulent 3 to 4 ft. tall with broad soft butter-yellow leaves with narrow green marginal stripes with out  spines . No two plants have the same markings on the leaf  which make it even more eye catching.

An excellent container plant also does well planted near a pool , lake or ocean it is slow growing , for best color plant in partial shade. Hardy to 35 degrees.
