Aeonium Voodoo is one of the hybrid results of crossing Aeonium arboretum Zwartkop with Aeonium undulatum by Jack Catlin an eminent California horticulturist.
This large, tall, beautiful succulent has rosettes of dark reddish-bronze leaves, on stems up to 5 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide. Aeonium Voodo is of the same parentage as Aeonium Cyclops which as a stronger green eye while Voodoo tends to be more of a solid dark color and grows larger and tends to be a solitary plant.
Aeonium Voodoo produces very large (over 12 inches in diameter) rosettes of red to dark purple leaves with green centers, full sun will intensify the color.
Here in Santa Barbara California plant in full sun to light shade elsewhere inland plant in an area that receives morning sun and afternoon shade. The soil should be well drained and irrigate occasionally . Aeonium Voodoo is cold hardy to 30 degrees F.
