Agave Triangularis alson known as Triangle Agve is notive to the Mexican states of Oaxaca and Puebla.
Olive-green triangular dagger shaped leaves are 18 to 24 inches long. The leaf has a pale mid rib, marginal teeth, and a wicked 1 inch terminal spine that are arranged raditing outward in a rosette, resembling a starburt.
The Triangle Agave is a slow growing species aht needs a very well drained soil. It will grow fairly fast in summer if provided with plenty of water but allow to dry thoroughly before watering again. During the winter months the plant should only be watered enough to keep the leaves from shriveling.
Hardy to 25 degrees F. Will tolerate lightly shaded areas inland.
