Kimberly Fern also known as Nephrolepis exalta bostoniensis Kimberly.
A classic parlor fern of Grandmother’s day improved upon. Spreading and arching habit , with graceful , eventually drooping fronds , finely cut and feathery leaflets.
The best feature of the Kimberly Fern is that it will take less humid conditions that the standard Boston fern , without tip burn so common on the older varieties. North light and a cool room suits it well. Feed every 2 weeks with a high nitrogen fertilizer. The first and fifteenth of the month works out to be about every 2 weeks and are easy dates to remember. Water whenever the soil surface dries out.
We are offering a well established plant 6 to 8 inches tall.
