Ivy Geranium Balls of Fire

Pelargonium Peltatum Balls of Fire also known as Ivy Geranium Balls of Fire : this variety has a compact growth pattern . Clusters of deep velvety red flowers whose pettles have white coloration on the back.

Spilling over the edges of planters, baskets or retaining walls trailing up to 2 feet long with small medium green leaves that are Ivy like with rounded lobes , displaying clusters of multiple flowers on 4 inch stems.

Ivy Geraniums are unique in there cultural requirements and should not be treated the same as common Zonal Geraniums.

Light and temperature are two factors that should be considered.

Ivy Geraniums prefer moderate temperatures. If the temperatures are between 65 and 80 degrees F. place them in full sun. When temperatures are above 85 degrees F. hang them in a location that receives morning sun and afternoon shade.
