RED Euphorbia Tirucalli also known as STICKS on FIRE is native to the Congo and Zanzibar a very BIZARRE looking plant.
This is a new introduction to the old favorite Green Pencil cactus. The Sticks on Fire thrives as a house plant in the driest atmospheres; needs all the light you can give it, routine soil water and feeding. If the stems are broken or cut it will bleed a milky sap. Be careful the milky sap is toxic/poisonous.
Plant Red Euphorbia Tirucalli out of doors in mild winter areas or indoors in a pot in the brightest spot you can find for it. It is a tree or large shrub to a possible 30 ft. . tall in open ground but is usually much smaller.
Single or multiple trunks support a tangle of light pink to bright Red, pencil thick, succulent branches with no sigh of a leaf. The flowers unimportant. The Sticks on Fire casts a Striking pattern of silhouette or shadow.
We are offering a full plant they are well branched about 8 to 10 inches tall and about 4 inches wide.
